Get IPinfo API Key

1. Create a free account on https://ipinfo.io/
2. Go to https://ipinfo.io/account/token
3. Get your token.

You can fill the secrets.json accordingly with the variable ipinfo or the environment variable IPINFO in your custom docker-compose file.
